Domain Troubleshooting

Verification fails

Check:

• the record name is correct
• the record value matches the dashboard exactly
• old conflicting records were removed
• DNS has had time to propagate

Apex domain works but www does not

example.com and www.example.com are different hostnames. Add both if you want both to work.

HTTPS is not ready

Wait a few minutes after verification. If it still fails, re-check DNS and remove proxy settings that hide the real target.
