Every plan includes: the CLI, Git-based deploys, automatic SSL, and real human support.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in your dashboard at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period; an upgrade takes effect immediately, prorated for the remainder of the period.
Cancelling
Cancel from the same Billing page. Your projects keep running through the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, projects and data follow the limits of the plan you're on (Free, if you don't resubscribe) — see the note on plan limits above for what changes.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period to update your payment method — nothing is affected immediately. If it's still unresolved after that, projects are stopped (not deleted); your data is kept, and everything resumes normally once billing is sorted out.
